At Bask and Lather Co, we want you to love your hair and skin journey; however, due to the personal nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable mailing service of your choice.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
